I built another air filter case for the Intel NUC style computer. This is the third. I closed the slot (hole) in the top that was designed to allow clearance of an SD card inserted in the side of the NUC case.
I don’t think I will be pulling the NUC out of its’ filter case to stick a memory card in the side. So I eliminated the hole.
I built this case for my original NUC which has come back to life again. I knew there was a reason I named it Lazarus. Came back from the dead a second time.
The new GEEKOM computer that replaced Lazarus, I have dubbed “MOSES2”. I don’t know if it can part the waters of the sea, but it saved me from Pharaoh and led me into the promised land of faster computing. It’s now wearing the case from the old NUC
This new filter case is Creality Hyper PLA-CF Purple. With its carbon fiber content it does not scream “I’m Purple” but looking close one can see that it is definitely purple. A filter screen fits into the bottom slot as with the other two cases.
